Gracelands – a hassle-free approach
Many people talk about quality and customer service, but everyone has different ideas about what it means. So it’s important you know what we mean. All our services are focused around three key areas:
1. Resident safety and security
We understand the vulnerability of residents and their concerns for personal safety and the threat of unauthorised access. So we’ve taken the following steps to ensure your safety:
Site management
- Staff are mindful of resident safety and will report any suspicious persons around site area
- All staff are DBS checked. This is renewed every three years
Resident liaison
- Resident handbook is provided to the resident, which includes advice on personal safety
- Onsite staff undergo site induction and their names and contact details are provided to the resident
- Resident will have a single point of contact
Visibility
- All our staff wear Graceland branded uniforms and carry photo identity cards with their name and title
- Company vehicles are branded with the Graceland identity and have our telephone number clearly visible
2. Staff etiquette
- Graceland’s engineer code of conduct for onsite working requires staff to behave in a professional and courteous manner
- Smoking, eating and playing music onsite is strictly forbidden
- Staff are respectful of care workers and different religious beliefs and will endeavour to work around different lifestyles with minimum disruption
