"I just had my heating fitted and electrics upgraded and must say I had my reservations. I'm sorry I have no idea of the workers or surveyors names who carried out all the work at my home but just wanted to pass on my sincerest thanks to all of them. At every stage its been professional and efficient service from 1st contact to final completion of works and considering mine was not the easiest of flats to do as it had not been touch for a very long time, I am very impressed. The plumber was extremely professional and obviously highly skilled and well trained and carried out all work with utmost care and protected my property as if it was his own, never a moan no short cuts and did a fantastic install, now that it is finished it is almost like it's always been there. The electricians were much the same, extremely professional and again appeared to be very highly skilled with a pride in what they were doing, got on with the job in a way that caused as far as I can see no damage at all, were clean and tidy and left my property exactly as they found it. Please pass on my thanks to all your staff for an excellent job and I'm happy Epping chose your company for this works and hope your company and Epping continue to work in partnership for the foreseeable future."
